another Shield 5 idea

Since shield is THE weapon of the herald its still quite.... underwhelming. Low healing, high energy cost, high cooldown and Root.

But it has nothing that makes it fitting to the herald itself. So why not make it some kind of extra Facet.An Facet that can be used outside of the Glint Legend (like facet of nature :bleep_bloop:), coupled with things that many people wish to have.

My idea for this would be:

Facet of RecoveryPassive:-3-4bars energy cost-Pulsing Raw healing: 200 healing (*0.15 Healcoefficient), so as max healpower it would go to ~450 healing in total per pulse (without heal modifiers)-to nearby 5 allies (10 with draconic echo)-interval of 3second(-compatible with hardening persistence)

Active:The same as it has now. Block with root & self-heals. Maybe with longer cooldown and 1sec less block, since active facets doesnt have energy costs on use.
