Is there any kind of daily tracker for all metas and world bosses?

I've been doing various metas the past few days and I cannot remember if I did certain metas before the daily reset, or after the reset. Is there a way to check every daily meta reward (such as individual Hero's Choice Chests) in-game so I don't end up doing the same meta twice in the same day?

If your account is in gw2efficiency, and depending on your tier, it will show you. However, if you are at the "no cost" tier, it may take a couple of hours for the data to come through - I don't know how often the data is polled for free users. It should say on the website.

It tracks your festival activities as well as the normal metas and dailies.
