Underwater weapon question.

I know this is a laughable topic, but I was wondering if Spear or Trident was better for Firebrand.

You can always use both and swap.

Spear is more damage-oriented, while trident is more supportive. It's hard to pick one, because damage is good, but the only time underwater combat really matters is in the underwater fractal, where the condi cleanse, cc and projectile deflect on trident are very useful.

Unfortunately, guardian gets no traits for underwater weapons, and we are generally not good fighting underwater. Firebrand, at least, allows us to use Tomes, which is a big improvement, especially if you have Radiance to reset F1 on kill.

I already have a spear for Power, so was wondering if I should make a Condi Spear or Trident xD.
