He tried changing account, but he get's asked for additional info such as the serial number and character name, but when he enters them it doesn't work. Sorry but I have no idea what your friend tried to do when he was "changing account". Did he try to just log into the game before he tried that, whatever it is? He is asked for serial and character name for some reason. Don't know why.
