Is Last Stand Bugged?

I might perhaps be reading the description incorrectly, but grandmaster trait Last Stand in the warrior defense line does not seem to reduce the recharge rate of stances. Does it it only trigger the reduction when the skill aspect of Last Stand triggers and/or during combat? Curious.

it doesn't say that it reduces the recharge rate of stances. it increases the duration of the stances. so, if you activate Berserker Stance, the stance will last for longer than the default 9s (I think it lasts for 11s with the trait).

I just checked in-game and the tooltip does say "Stances gain reduced recharge and increased duration." The wiki page for the trait doesn't reflect its current state.

Your wrong. It does say it reduces the recharge.. its confirmed by Anet as an bug. They change the tooltip at 22sept pof patch..
