[vT] Hobo: One Last Viper Reaper Video (WvW roaming)

How's it going everyone. Figured I'd make one last viper reaper roaming video before PoF comes out with the new balance patch (hopefully).

Not to derail, but I keep seeing this idea that a balance patch with PoF will kill condi reaper (and buff power reaper) ... but there hasn't been any official confirmation. I feel like we are setting up the power reaper community for a big disappointment!

(I am hopeful too!)

im thinking there won't be any balance patch at launch, they are gonna wait two weeks or so to check out how the new elite specs blend in

as a side note, when wooden potatos mentioned that deathly chill was nerfed by pof, he was looking at the spvp version of the skill, which is already nerfed to what is shown in the tooltip outside of his video. as anet has not made any specified claim that this is actually going to happen im actually pretty doubtful that it will.

Looks like we've got more changes coming for base/reaper. And in the wooden potatoes video, he mentions that the spvp version wasn't the nerf he was talking about.
