Can someone from the arenaneet explain to me why my screen looks like this?

Lately since the second update of the POF has happened this, When I am playing PVP the screen of my PC in some rarities becomes totally dark, I can not relog or go to the menu screen of the characters, being necessary to close the game and open again

I'm being reported by players in PVP thinking that it's my fault, when it's not.

You can try running the game on port 80 or 443 (-clientport 80), which may help, or use a VPN.

Normally when you disconnect, the screen turns black and shows an error message. When a certain packet is blocked however, this is what happens. Some routers have been the cause, but in your case, it's likely general packet loss.
