We know that staff elementalist sucks in sPvP and, to a certain extent, in WvW too. Everytime I'm using my autoattacks on someone, independent of range (max. of 1200 radius), most of my attacks don't hit the target!. It always says "out of reach", specially when I'm 100~600 range far from my targets. Please refer to this video: .Note that I do not own this video, but it pretty much shows what happens to me.
