Lonewolf Kai.3682 Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 Since ToC #1 got hit with the mega nerf bat, what’s the point of using #1 now, especially in consideration of the other skills on the bar?What are your thoughts on adding some dps on #1? Perhaps additional condi damage? Right now, it feels silly siting in ToC waiting for the other skills cds and I’m not contributing anything.
