Can we get a fix for fractal weapon skins?

I love fractal weapons. They have some of the more unique designs in game and have a cool misty trail effect. They are like a cheap man's alternative to legendary weapons. In fact, I like them more.

Some of the current fractal weapons do not have the misty trail effect though. Can this be fixed?

The weapons you're referring to I believe are staff and focus?

Those weapons have never had trails. I'm not sure if it was an intentional design decision on their part, but c'est la vie.
