Where's my stuff ?

I bought PoF and HoT a couple days ago. I have 5 characters and all the bonuses were in the mail. I got the gems and took the bonuses out of the mail for one of the characters. She still has them in her inventory. I didn't get the stuff out of the other four characters mails. Just a few minutes ago I went to get the bonuses out of the other four characters mail but they were empty. the mails were there thanking me for buying and to enjoy the items but nothing was in them.

Any ideas what might have happened ?.

Sorry if I join the noob train ;)I got all the stuff sent to me by mail.However, I briefely logged in to the mist, but could not see the new elite specialization. Do I have to buy it from the npc?

You unlock the new specialisation per character as normal for all your skills and specs. Look at the Hero Panel, at the Training tab.

At the time I wrote the post the client did not yet download the content for some reasons. This is why I could not see the specializations. It is OK now :)
