[Game-breaking] Story stalled (The Road to Rata Primus)

I entered the three facilities before talking to my companions again. Now I cannot proceed, because there are no more story indicators after I talked to them. It just says "Disable the comms" without any green star indicators on the map:

So, the progress is stalled. :( I have already tried to end the episode, select another one, then re-activate this one, but to no avail. Logging out and back in did not help, either.

P.S. I just contacted support.

UPDATE: I somehow solved this by going to another location (in the west). It triggered a dialogue with Taimi, and all of a sudden I could proceed without finishing the bugged task.
