Temple of Melandru pre-event / Magister Izzmek

I guess this is more of a reminder than a report since this has been broken for years ...

The pre-event for the Temple of Melandru capture event still breaks exactly the same way as it has always done. For the first event to go light the beacon Magister Izzmek is just standing around Gavbeorn's Landing instead of actually walking to the beacon and lighting.

One notable oddity as far as stalling bugs is concerned is that unlike other stalled events Izzmek is not completely inactive. He actually wanders around a bit in Gavebeorn's Landing. I've seen him move between the door and towards the sea. He also seems to fight mobs that spawn from the other event that happens in the area.
