Rev utility skills being reset to default positions

All of the rev utility skills are being reset to their default locations upon mounting. I can have the skills in any order but they revert back to the default order as shown in the box that pops up when you go to change them.

Edit: Looks like it resolved itself just by going to the character select screen and back.
