Friend trying to login to gw2, forgot password and email

So, putting this here in hopes to have Dev help my friend out. I have some friends that are going to be playing gw2 again and one of them cannot remember the email or password he used for the game. He still has his activation code but can't fill out a support ticket about access because he doesn't know what email he had for the game or character names on it (it has been 6 years for him).

Any way that he could provide other identifying information (even like a picture of driver license id and photo with him and current paper) to reclaim the account?

Only the fields marked with a red * are required. The only required field related to the account is the account's email, but like it says under it, if you don't know, enter an email they can contact you with instead.
