Underwater Weapons

Hi guys, not something i can find alot of help with. I main a theif and ive fully set myself out with ascended and now looking to the underwater equipment as im ocd as hell and it bugs me xD

Any recommendations on best overall stats and sigil combos to go for? Im aware its prob a waste of coin and after map completion i wont spend alota time in combat in water but its just something that bugs me atm

I always get the same stats I use on my land weapons. I'll have slightly different skills due to ones which don't work underwater but everything else is the same so the same stats work.
