Hesione.9412
I have a number of alts, and I'm slowly working to get Tyria completion on them. Just now, I'm trying to find my last POI in Plains of Ashford. I appreciate the little arrows that come up, pointing to the hearts, vistas, and POIs. However, these seem to be overridden by the "Learn to Dodge" marker. Can you let us turn that off? My missing POI is not flashing on the map when I mouse over the map key, so to have the map marker ignored in favour of the dodge area is very annoying. And I appreciate that the pointers etc got implemented. Inculpatus cedo.9234
Some PoIs/Waypoints/etc. won't flash because they are in areas that must be discovered. You can use the Wiki (link above or type '/Wiki ' in-game) for a completed map and tips on harder-to-find places for Plains of Ashford (or any other map/area).Good luck. Cragga the Eighty Third.60
There are two Ashford map points that tend to 'hide' from me.One is way in the upper left in Tela Range, if you haven't actually gone inside the skritt cave. The other is in the middle of the map at Agnos Gorge. You can see the big pink crystal sticking out of the ground, but you don't actually 'discover' the map and map point until you are right down beside it. Hope that helps!(If all else fails, just doing the dodge event should turn off the marker for it.)
Hesione.9412
Thank you both for your comments. It was the Agnos Gorge POI.
