No guild chat

I had this problem for a while now. Dont know why. I sendt 100 gold to somone who didnt play for a while. Maybe it flag me as gold seller. I want guild chat its boring without.

Are you sure you didn't mark yourself as offline?

yep im online and still dosen't work.

Make sure each Guild you wish to chat with is ticked in the Guild drop-down box accessed in the chat box tab.If you continue to have issue, you can try a -repair of the client (instructions found in the Wiki - search 'Command Line Argument').You can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.

Its ticked on in the guild drop Box. Im online im friendslist. still no guild chat.

If all the Guilds you wish to chat with are ticked, you can try clearing the GW2 cache (instructions found in the Knowledge Base, accessed via the 'Support' link above/below).If you continue to have issue, you can 'Submit a Ticket' via the same link.

I reistalled the game 3 weeks ago so no need to Clear cache.

I don't think flagging would delete your guild chat. Even f2p players have access to guild chats. Check in options, check in specific chat box "of guild" options (you know the chat tab options and what is exactly shown per tab as you can select what is shown per named tab). Inculpatus already mentioned that last but your reply referred to the guild status in guild popup. Its still not a bad idea to clear Cache tho... We had some patches as of late.
