LS4 Storm Tracking

Failed this about 30 times, can't seem to outrun the storm. Each time I fail and restart, the storm appears to get closer until it becomes impossible to succeed.

If you have the roller beetle, used it for the beginning part, when you are on sand. Then dismount when you reach the space part. Use either or the jackal.

Since, you used the beetle at the start you should have more than enough time to make mistakes during the final stretch. :D

Thanks, tried using the roller beetle, but it's just not enough. The storm overtakes me before I can exit to the next checkpoint. Guess I'll just have to give up. Filed a bug on this.

Actually you get blown back when you go too far ahead. Use raptor with masteries instead. You can't stop much while jumping rocks. Do make sure you have a decent ping as a high ping can delay you a lot. Heard a griffon can make things easier too. Alternatively, team up with someone else. If you die you get ported to last checkpoint (tho make sure the one succeeding is the story keeper (instance owner) else the one up front can't proceed if storykeeper in the back doesn't open the "checkpoints").

On rocks you basically make a turn at a point going backwards in a way so you have to make sure to be past there a few seconds before the fog reaches it. After that you are pretty much safe.
