Ascended seed pouches is lost on weapon swap

If you hold an ascended seed pouch and accidentally weapon sap, then its lost and forcing you to recraft it.

Futhermore its extremely easy to accidentally target a plot you already have filled and removing the herb if you are not incredibly careful with targetting it. Even then Ive found that the targetting can be wonky. Usually not a problem with standard herbs, but it really burns with ascended herbs since you have to replant them daily. Ascended herbs really could benefit from a yes/no removal prompt unlike standard seeds.
