Where i can get Viper jawels?

So im know they dropped in raids. Where i can find that stats not include raids? Events? LS? Maps? WwW? SPVP?

That's not right, the book cannot be bought, but you can buy the individual recipes on the TP for really cheap.

When I said that they are not purchased I meant from vendors. You are correct, though, in that you can either receive them as common drops from AB or by purchasing them from the Trading Post for two copper, which is a pittance.
