"% chance of salvaging upgrades" what that means? Before I could make tons of sigils and runes from salvaging but now... I get zero, nada! All that I get are stuff that is "Used to craft sigils/runes". No, really, try to inverse that phrase and you get something in the lines of "100% - X% chance of extracting/recovering upgrades" or am I wrong? Let's say you have "20% chance of salvaging upgrades" this means 20% change of getting the stuff that is "Used to craft sigils/runes" and the other 80% is... Is what? Nothing, like the upgrades are lost as if they were never there? Is that it?

You salvage the upgrades, you don't extract them out of the item. For that you can use upgrade extractors or Black Lion Salvage Kits.

Extracting/recovering does not mean salvaging.Salvaging does not mean extracting/recovering.Salvaging an upgrade means breaking it down.
Two different things.
