To Anet: Revise the RAM requirements listed on Steam

If you remember before we had the 64-bit client people would crash due to out of memory / VRAM errors. (32-bit has a limit of 4GB RAM+VRAM total.)Realistically I would say > 8GB system RAM , 4GB VRAM if you want to run with high settings 1080p/1440p.
