Launcher not connecting to the internet

Attempted to log in to the game this morning, and the launcher says it can't connect to the internet. This is the only game that's having this issue, as I tried connecting to GW, and got right in. I'm obviously able to connect.

Update: I attempted to uninstall and reinstall, and it still has the same issue. I have reset my router, my modem, restarted my PC after those steps per the instructions on the support page, and have submitted a ticket. Nothing else I've attempted to do this morning has been affected by this, just GW 2.

Update to the update: Attempting to log in on the download page shoots an invalid account?

I'm unable to connect to the login server through the launcher at this time with error code 58:11.5.535. As my computer has not been offline since the last time I accessed GW2 some 10 hours ago, I highly doubt the problem is client side.

That site has been unavailable to me since the error started, so er, yeah. Also, as you might notice by my posting in an online forum, everything else is working just fine.

While troubleshooting, I turned off my VPN, and lo and behold, I can log in again. Turned it on again, no login. Turned it off again, and I can log in again. Which would seem to indicate Guild Wars 2 has blocked my VPN provider (iPredator.se). As I use a VPN to stabilize my ping, I'm not exactly happy about that. Could someone please take a look at this?

Oh, and without the VPN the error code site is available too. So yeah, please fix that.
