Just got back to the game after few months and the issue is still there. I know the fire colour can change with dyes because i have seen guildies do that, so it's not class locked.

Hello, i'd love to join, i'm a returning player and you guys sound fun, mature and that guild name! Perfection! I'm a perma noob though so i'm mostly joining for very casual play and social.

I submitted a ticket and was told the devs know about this issue and are working on it but couldn't give me an ETA. At least they're working on it.

Item: Frostfire OutfitRace: AllGender: AllClass: AllProblem: Bottom 2 dyes (for the flame and frost) are not dyable. Trying to change them won't show in preview nor on character after applying it, to me or to others.This seems to be particular to my account and that of a few others as mentioned here [https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/95094/frostfire-outfit-dye-channels-bugged#latest]. I have installed the game on my bf's computer and still no change.

No fix yet and i've tried everything suggested, including a fresh reinstall.

Graphics is up to date and as everything else works fine i doubt it's a local issue. If it was then the dye would change, but only i couldn't see it. As it is, it simply doesn't change.I did swap armor, maps, characters, you name it. I did report it as a bug in-game, should i also submit a separate ticket?

I have, i've tried all options from low to ultra, screen resolution, various characters ...nothing works.

Only the top 2 are working for me, the bottom two do not change colours. I have seen it being done by other guildies, so it's possible, it's just not working for me.Anyone else experience this?
