With the Jan 2019 patch (lw4e5) , T4 PUG fractals in my time zone (New York) have dropped off 50% or more.I speculate this is due to the Mistlock Instability changes.So, unless you have a steady group of a balanced 5, farming T4 for Gold has gotten much harder.
