imagine being at a store trying to pay for your goods, and waiting 72hours to pay.very customer friendly. Since it's not my fault, I'd be stood there waiting at the front of the queue until they resolve it.And it might sounds like a "Karen" but I think that for purchases you should give priority service with immediate resolution, that's what pays for other services...waiting 72 hours will make it a bit too late to purchase a birthday gift if that is the next day and you want to send it late in the evening so they get it when they log in the next day.....

Ha, Thanks to you it is not anymore. And as I have the same issue, I just put in a support ticket where I find this option.It is indeed a fact that you'd need to retrain your muscle memory every time you do a jumping puzzle vs riding a mount. Kind regards,Sidi
