yes i did that and no difference

curranty trying to do last boss on story mode on a second toon but when i get so far into the fight my ui disappears off my screen cant see no icons or skill bar and it does not come back while in the instance anyone else having this issue?

tryed two different cards on my account and the error msg occurs i even phoned my bank to see if was some how getting blocked and they said the purchases you tryed to make are not even showing up on your account to begin with
