Executioner's Scythe: Reduced power coefficients from 2.0/2.6/3.2 to 0.01/0.015/0.02 (Above 50%/Below 50%/Below 25%). Increased stun duration from 1.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds Damage done = (Weapon strength) Power (skill-specific coefficient) / (target's Armor) so i spent 1.25s to hit someone with 1X dmg?
