It's the western bone wall that's causing this. Might be the huge bonfires/smoke on top or just the high level of detail in the wall. And the fact it's sooo huge. Facing the wall my fps goes down into the 20's. Using High graphics settings... Native (1920x1080) render sampling... All reflections... FXAA antialiasing... all bottom boxes are checked.
