Finally got Jeppa to come out, I dont know if its from arenanet intervention or a players suggestion to do "Help the Pricklepatch Hollow choya, or don't(HEART)", was half way doing that heart then Jeppa spwned in the brightwater inlet, did the event got the firebrand recipe then Jeppa disappeared towards Roni's tent damn firebrands:p

trying to complete the Exprugation collecion for the firebrand, Jeppa does not even spawn anymore, no where to be found, maybe Im just doing it wrong or arenanet needs to fix it, its been happening since 2017 though!
