Another trick is to open the Map ingame :https://imgur.com/GnXfG2uOn the Left side you will see some ''XXX Map Completetions '' goalsTry to find those goals scattered all over the map , and you will get 1 lvl + 3/4 of the lvl as try to find themJust run/skip anything /no need to kill anythingAlthough kill the mobs near the hearts(or read the description quests)

It works in every single areaRunning throught 10 maps = 17 lvl

Do the personal (green) quests = 1 lvl eachMine/gather materials as your run to complete the Map complettition = 0,5 lvl each area

Thanks man, craft is useless for me because i only use exotic and dont do raid and fracs so just a waste of cash but the running part is interesting ;).

  2. Well the level 10 is piece of cake, 40 is so so but the 60 takes longer, althow I'll have to do all in 2 more different chars beside the currently one I'm playing for the exotic set level 18 that I forgot the name xD. And since i'm unemployed and dont buy blue gems the only way that left me to farm is key and the gathering items i get while lving lowbies from 10-40. My vid card is weak and I cannot do raid, fracs etc plus i get lag in HOT and POF maps.

Both the Experience as well as the Heroic Booster provide the base 50% experience bonus effect (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Experience_Booster_(effect)), which as mentioned, stacks with its self in duration.

I've found that players are often very helpful, especially in major city hubs like Divinity's Reach. So I guess we have a diverging experience here.

There is always an off-chance that no one is available/willing to help when population is low (like during family holidays or during off hours). Also make sure to remain polite, and try again at a later time when no one can help.

So if i use both I'll have 4 hours of boost?

After years of this ANet made that key once a week only. If you can get your char to level 40 (or 60) and do the personal story on it up to that level you’ll get keys for levels 40/60 as many times a day or week as you are willing to do it.

The lv 10 I know but the lv 40 i remember i did the quest in one of my characters and didnt received any key from the lv 40 because I already got one key from another character.

The level 40 step requires no fighting. It is right after 30 i think and is just a cutscene. You probaly got that key forgot then later on logged in and tried the rest of 40 and got no key.

Probably, thanks for the feedback guys.

I hope so cuz I like it too but seriously we dont have to hear this everytime specially when we mount/dismount, and for those who doesnt know when I mean everytime is every single time when mouting.. if you dismount like 50 times consectively u'll hear the same chatting 50 times consecutively.

It made me change to weaver instead but in the end I LOVED cuz weaver is beast xD, now i just have to farm for extra 40 points and that shall not be a big problem, cuz my deadeye almost finished his trait and still has 80 points left and not even did all HC in map and expansion.

  7. @"Danikat.8537" said:There's a checkbox in the options menu called something like "mute player chatter" which will stop this and other random lines, like the ones for each time you get a boon or walk into a new area or get a rare drop.

I'll test it thanks.... thanks again you saved my life. What about the ones we get after finishing quest hearts is there any option to disable that too?

  8. Does anyone know the thread that lists all gem store updates, promotions and ending soon that can share the link with me please? I had it on favorites but I formated the PC last week and UNFORTUNALLY GOOGLE TROLLED ME and didnt sincronized my favorite adress and I LOST many sites including this one. I already checked and couldnt find it...

Yes. If you look under the options, there are 4 tabs: all "general" and "control" options are stored by the server, while all "graphics" and "sound" options are stored on your computer.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback thumbs up

  10. Well unfortunally I dont have 45 GB free to save on my D; disk cuz I'm already storing my vids, docs and other stuff, stuff, stuff. But all the general/UI options and keybindings are already stored by the server? I mean I wont need to set up everything again after format only the graphics options(that is really easy to set up again)? All my game play option, targeting, stuff stuff stuff are already saved and the next time i install the game again all i'll have to do is set up the graphics?

Plus I cant use any rifle skills cause the trait for Deadeye isnt active and i get a 'shadow' on the weapons skills. For exemple is like if you equip deadeye trait but then you replace with a core without remove the previous weapon.. it remain in hand but u cant use any skills.

In other words, the template is active but the weapons DO NOT switch...

And there is your error of thinking: Build loadouts and weapon loadouts are NOT connected. You
    have
to switch each one separately, there is no link between the two. It is
    not
a bug but the way it was designed.

I see now... like I said kinda useless since the weapons DO NOT CHANGE.. it only saves the times of doing a new trait for WvW, PvP etc etc. If they make it to change the weapons too without need to change them manually then it would be perfect. Sorry Elementalist and Engineer.. no ''weapons switching'' for ya come again next time xD. Btw ty for the help.

So I reckon the difference in damage is negligible, while the increase in health is not.

So running all marauder is the way to go.

I disagree. You don't need "all Marauder's" unless you really have difficulty avoiding damage. Elementalist also provides some CC and good damage reduction (crit immunity) through
    Earth
    .

I'm running this build with my Elementalist in open world content (including the more challenging story missions, like the Balthazar fight) and have no issues surviving, as a melee Ele nontheless, while also dealing heavy damage:

LOOOOl relax people xD, I wont play ele right now cuz I'm focusing on my ranger and mesm.. not that I DO NOT WANT but cuz I DO NOT HAVE enough spot for more characters UNLESS they make a sale for character slot(in this case i would buy at least 4)but since they ARE NOT(they made a sale for 'expansion pack w/ 1 char slot, bank and etc etc this one I dont want) then I'll play the ones I currently have. Elem is my favorite class but I wont be lving one so early plus I'm dying to make one norn female necro cuz i love their armor visual but... like i said... no slot... =/ and I wont pay 800 gems for one when I can get 2 on sales ;).

@"FitzChevalerie.1035" said:1-80 can pretty much be done with the green gear leveling gives you. no point worrying about gear before thatAbove level 20-30 you'll want to purchase gear... well assuming you got the coin. It's not that expensive.

The simple trick is to go to the trading post, then search for green gear close to your level. It will probably be around x5-ish (so 25, 35, 45 etc). There's generally only 1 or 2 "levels" of gear every 10 level. Buy a full set - armor, weapons. Trinkets if you want though probably dont even need to bother. This will
    easily
last you until its time to buy again and sometimes you can skip parts that you already got good enough of.

Ultimately, this will be considerably stronger than just relying on rewards and make you level
    alot
faster. As above have stated, just focus on power. Toughness, vitality, etc is completely irrelevant. You just want to kill things as fast as possible in order to outlevel your foes rather than outsustain them. When you have gotten a fresh set of gear you should be killing everything in sight for quick XP and steaming through hearts (if the focus is on the world).

Yes I know i just wanted to to know which stats are better to focus, thanks

Thanks.

Can you maybe explain better? What do you mean by different weapons? are you trying to leave them in your inventory?

I have 3 gear templates on my necro and each use completely different weapons and stats.

The weapon type is irrelevant. You seem to not understand a specific mechanic which must be causing the confusion.

Can you explain in detail what you are trying to do so we can figure out the error of thinking? :)
