I'm from Brazil, I have format PC, called internet support and is not my internet, not even my PC. And the anet told on ticket that my internet is having loss on game files, but why all other games run so smooth?The game is really unplayable last days, and this quarentine time is a time to play and relax.I love this game, but if this keep happening I will call for it.

I really think this game should invest in translate the game for portuguese too. 1/3 of North America Server are brazilians and The Europe Server have some too.I have a lot of friends who liked the game but they don't understand the language, so they think the game is tough to play.I really don't know how you guys never thought on something like that yet, but if is about to hire someone to make that translations you can always count with the community players, we can help on that, we just want make the game better and others best ways to play. Is not right what you guys did with ranger weapons. Is unfair that the skills need a build to bows pierce an enemy with basic hits, I think it could be from weapons itself.Let’s measure, the necro’s staff it pierce the enemies without a build and the revenant’s shortbow burst in area. Mesmer’s Greatsword that don’t even count as projectile pierce through enemies on the way, the mesmer’s staff that hit in area causing a lot of damage and buffing.Axe in first hand says that hit in several targets but hits just 2. I believe that should be something like thief shortbow. If hit even 3 then could be called “several” targets.If the build reduce the skills cooldown would be right cause we could use the weapon with all the mechanic without need build. If I need one weapon to pierce a target I need to use an all trait just for that, is not fair. Mystic
