please help! i am also stuck in pvp match even though it has ended (i cannot leave pvp lobby now, nor can i requeue for another match!)

i have already finished a ranked match, and i am still getting the message 'match is in progress' on the top of my screen. because of this, i cannot leave pvp lobby to enter tyria nor can i queue up for another match
