I have the same problem, tier 1 isn't giving me my mastery point. also catalyst of the Spirits is bugged for me (29/30) not moving, doing strike missions and the new map all week. -

I have he same problem and even worse. I'm stuck at 29/30 :D . I think it's related to the last update. Maybe it has to be T4 now or it's bugged
