MMmm well then it seems that I have a problem, because all my chars were lv 80 before soto. I even started story on second char but still no chest. Should I log ticket through game or will someone be able to help me from doing this post?

Hi, about the 3 chests of relics on the wiki it states "To celebrate the new system, 3  https://wiki.guildwars2.com/images/6/6d/Relic_Chest.png Relic Chests were distributed to all players at launch, on every character they have over level 60.". Now does that mean that it's 3 chests of relics per account or 3 chests of relics for each of my 19 characters on lv80? I ask because I only received 3 chests of relics in total and that was on character. Does each character need to finish the story first to receive it, because I cant remember when I received it on this one character? Thank you

Already opened the chests first time around - none to open now.
