It was scumbag shadowplay apparently added a shortcut on alt + R. Removing that shortcut resolved the issue

I can not enter the keybind Alt + R in control settings. I actually have it set from playing previously for Jackel Mount/Dismount but it does not work when pressed. Other Alt + letters do not have this issue.

Noticed I could hit a friendly wall with my Medkit's autoattack for 0 damage. When moving the cursor over the skill [Med Blaster] in the combat log, the game crashes.

I can also confirm the skill lists burning but does not actually inflict any damage from burning, only shows the effect and icon on enemies.
