I'm sure it was posted, but again: Having raids in mind - please make Hammer 3 diameter a bit lower, so it's usable at more bosses. I believe currently it's around 420 dia, changing it to 300 or so would be great. Especially for condi DPS, most of your conditions come from Hammer 3 hits.

I am only assuming that is unintended and it should use dagger's weapon strength.
