Last attempt was this morning. Third attempt and STILL getting DC'd at the end of the Almorra fight. I'm with @Thomanson.4765 - either fix it or install checkpoints. Hours of time shot to hell. -
Ranger pet not activating

Agreed with all. It's a totally random occurrence, but having a pet during combat is an essential part of playing the ranger class - nearly pointless to not be able to have the pet until exiting combat. While I am appreciative of the hints/tips regarding a workaround, there shouldn't need to be one. It's simply a bug that needs fixed. Soon.
