Based in England. The game is like a flicker pad at time, dreadful lag and freezing. Seriously what is happening?

Areas like Rata Sum during Super Adventure box with heavy player traffic suffer severe lag for me, turning the camera stops the screen for so many seconds before it's ok again. Really bad.

Not bugged, my bad. Mod can delete please.

Ok i have completed this on foot within 5 minutes yet the achievement hasn't pinged. Am i missing something obvious?
