The issue is with your account, not your client. They have to fix something on the backend that causing the issue.
I have the same issue and I feel your pain. The reason I know it is on the account and not the client is that I have the same issue on two different computers and when I had a friend who can access the BLTC log into my account on her computer it also crashed. That tells us that it is an account issue. Your best bet is to keep sending the crash reports to ArenaNet and maybe something in them might point them to a fix.
