Same issue. Tried to enter LA different ways. Didn't help. -
Nevermind. Misunderstood the achievement. I received a glitched weapon from the Glitched Chest at the end of a Zone. My mistake.

I got my first one today and instead of being able to choose a weapon it just opened itself. Not sure if this was suppose to happen because it's "glitched" or if it's an actual bug.
