So I've looked everywhere for this. The Wiki, past posts, I can't find much on it. Is ANet aware, that Water Elementals have a duration of 60 seconds, rather than 120 for the other 3 Elementals? Was this intentional or is this a bug? I wish the Wiki said anything other than "anomaly" without much more info on it

Same thing is happening to me. Wont let me buy any Gems at all. Contacted support, nothing so far.
