Having this bug too, Eye of Janthir defiance bar is broken and wont reload, so cant be broken again. Replaying from checkpoint didnt resolve it. .

Also have the Slumbering Transcendance & Slumbering Conflux not available across all characters - despite it being classified as Legendary in my Main char. Earning the legendary Slumbering Transcendance was the 3 worst months of my life, the salt in pvp is truely demoralising. Really do not wish to do any more pvp, since ive already earned that legendary. Hope they resolve this anomaly in not being able to equip the legendary slumbering items with that vendor using an easy conversion, since the legendary tem is already earnt. i dont need the visuals tbh. Otherwise, its working great, big thanks to all at anet for making it happen!
