I just got this 7:11:3:202:101 error with my new character. I was playing her personal story and just as I finish talking to Cai and Caithe right at the beginning, I get disconnected and sent to the cornucopian fields waypoint. The error says I should "wait a few minutes before restarting the client", but it hasn't made a difference. Still same result. As others, I have no other connection problems and I've been playing without issue right until this moment.
