Any idea when the bug on Balt HP will be fixed, the fires keeps burning around the HP and the Avatar of Balt's bar is depleted and has been for a long time now

Seriously Anet!!! this is issue is becoming so annoying, not being able to use the TP or have error upon error or extremely long wait time on items bought or sold.If you plan on a game without TP, remove it, otherwise FIX IT, because the state it is in atm is freaking hilarious
