The problem are not the people selling raids. The problem are the ppl who actually buy them.

What makes conjures special is the fact that you can share them, howevery this is rarely used outside of prestacking in fractals. Solution would be for me to put the ability to share them into a trait and make the conjures normally work like kits, and half their cooldowns. This wouldn't change their use at all, but would make them way less clunky.

Not sure if you like this answer, but when you reach endgame in GW2 (would count cm fracs as endgame) i would suggest you to find an other class you enjoy. Its very important for the long term motivation to play this game and it makes it a lot of easier to find groups if you can fill multiple roles.

Due to its utility and offensive buffs no other healer can fully replace druid. Tempest has probably the best potential to do so (on warhorn build) and also has really good carry potential. However you would want soulbeasts to privide spirits and spotter if needed in that case.

Yes, in pve it would be decent for a quickbrand or condi scourge if u want more safetly without loosing much dps. Could replace the current plaquedoctor build.

A big part of the raid experience is to figure out boss mechanics by yourself, a guide made by Anet wouldn't make sense. There are already a lot of good guides out there. Best way to fix raids would be release more of them. Maybe with "easy modes" on strike mission level to affect a larger playerbase. Also real repetable CMs would be great.
