Sadly Tech support blamed me and not their end. Just sucks. I want to spend money on this game, but. They don't seem to want it. When ONLY their game has these e7 discon issues. You spend hours with real techs at your house showing them what is going on. All the evidence, all teh traceroute show it is their gateway... Yet they close the ticket on you because, well they never gave an answer. Ticket #7991160

Returning player here, just bought the last 2 expansions. I'm lucky If I get 2 min without Error 7. Done all the hoopla about routers etc. Tempting to just go to my Credit card and get a refund and leave permenently.
