    Happens here too, the "fix" (turning down settings, ect) mentioned earlier seems to let you into the mission, but then crashes instead as you exit into the courtyard with allies and the mini cutscene showing the area starts

    Was the fresh character the party leader/their instance, if not that may be why, since the whole instance is applied as the starter's
