    Still no gems or shared inventory slot, but maybe those come later. I hope.

     

    Edit: just re-logged and the slot + boost have arrived! Just waiting on those sweet, sweet gems.

  2. A support agent was kind enough to take the time to respond to my (probably annoying) requests for an update on my ticket, here's what they said:

    Not much more than the usual "we're working on it", but I thought I'd share in case anyone else is feeling as in the dark about this as I was. Any info is better than none, I guess.
